Example of various request formats


Student Attention: Requests must be made using the appropriate formats and sent to the email: solicitudesfimcp@espolec.onmicrosoft.com 

FORMATS FOR VARIOUS PROCEDURES:

  • Registration Authorization: This request should be made only if registration cannot be done through the academic system platform. The career coordinators will review each case:

  • Semester Cancellation: Based on Article 28 of the ESPOL Degree Regulations and the Current Academic Regulations last revised (August 25, 2020). The request and attachments must be sent to the email solicitudesfimcp@espolec.onmicrosoft.com

  • Request for Grade Recalculation: According to Article 47, letter c of the Degree Regulations, the student may request the Deputy Dean for a grade recalculation within three (3) working days after the date of publication of the grade in the academic system.

  • Request for Mobilization for Field Trips or Technical Visits (Exclusive use for teachers):

  • Integrated Matter Approval Request:

Annex: Personal Data Declaration for Degree Issuance

  • Integrated Matter Extension Request: This request applies to students who have not passed any subject of their career during a term but have passed the integrated matter

  • Request for Non-Publication: If an integrated or research project cannot be published on the ESPOL page due to industrial rights or property, the tutor must submit this signed request to each student (individually), who must include it when submitting their integrated matter approval request or research project with the respective attachments to the corresponding academic assistant.
